I guess they don't consider it as stealing, they just use it for rpg. Those rpg blogs are kind of 'trend' as I see now.

people think because our gallery is the web and not a formal gallery this gives them full rights to do whatever they want with it go see my journal asone person responded to me.

If you're looking to report it, you'll need to click on "zglos naduzycie" right under the image (means "report abuse"). If you hover over that, you'll see a long bit of text (white on green) which roughly translated, says "If you believe this image breaks the rules or is copyright infringement, please report it and give us an explanation how it is in violation".

When you click on the link, it'll give you a form; top line is name, then e-mail, then a captcha type code and then your reason for reporting the image.

Here's where my lack of knowledge comes in because my conjugation and translation TO Polish suck, but I think you could just put "Fotografia autorskich rewston" and then a link to your original on DevArt... but don't quote me on it if you can get someone who actually speaks Polish to write something up for you!
