well ive finally figured out how to upload it i think. its nothing special but you can get some fantastic fur effects with it.
if you use it you can credit it you want but id be more interested in seeing what you do with it or if you find it useful...its a brush that i use a great deal myself. it can be set as dodge/burn/blur too and is made on Photoshop7

to open it:
go to your adobe photoshop files, and then in the presets folders open the brushes folder and put it in there...then go into photoshop itself and on the brushes popup menu click the little arrow at the top right and click load brushes and then when it has the open menu select the file you just put in the brushes presets folder....ugh, thats not very clear, i hope you can make sence ofof what ive said.
